This design is a simple netting bracelet, but not that simple. Actually, it's quite a challenge to complete it without making mistakes.
I still recommend this design for a beginner, since netting stitch is always good for practicing beadweaving. Just pay attention to the order of the beads you need to pick up, and you should be fine. The finished bracelet is stunning, You can play with the colors too.
The material is simple, just 8/0, 11/0 seed beads and any 4 mm bead.
