The tutorial is very good for beginner. You only need 11/0 seed beads, few 15/0 and any bead 6mm. I used both netting and peyote technique here.
The seed beads for the blue is Miyuki #528 white pearl ceylon and Toho blue pearl (I'm not sure the color code).
This pattern is fun to play with colors. You can use just single color or multiple mix of colors.
