Serafina

Yeah, I just finished new tutorial.

Tutorial is available at https://www.etsy.com/shop/bybeejang Please use BYBJBLOG for 10% off.

Well, I sacrifice two pendants to get enough rivoli 12mm VM to complete the bracelet. Look like it paid off.

Sample page.

In the tutorial, I also include how to make earrings. It used the same components.

And my colors testing.

  2. Hello I tried to buy this tutorial on Etsy but Etsy works with Paypal and Paypal requires that I register my visa card (which I don't want because then the numbers are kept. I can of course use my visa card but not register permanently its numers as it requires in this case). Is there another way to buy this patter ? Thank you

    1. Thank you for your interest in my tutorial. However, I'm sorry I don't have other method for online payment except paypal. (I accept bank transfer only if you're in Thailand.)

    3. I'm sorry, but I don't have a shop at both sites. I don't know French for priceminiter. And I don't sell on ebay. By the way, I don't think I can sell to both sites. The pattern is digital product and I can't send them physically with tracking number.

Actually, I have other shops at artfire and zibbet, but I accept paypal only.

    4. Priceminister is the French site for Rakuten. Rakuten is an international platform. It exists for USA, Singapore, Thailand, Austria, Brazil, France, Germany, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, Spain and Taiwan. If you can sell on the United Kingdom site then it will be in English and I'll probably be able to buy in euros which is my currency : http://www.rakuten.co.uk/.
It is VERY secure. I myself sold many things via Rakuten (on the French side).
I would really like to make the Serafina Bracelet and order the necessary material soon (I buy on Perles & Co. Do you know this supplier ?)

    5. Thank you for your suggestion. But I still can't find any info on selling digital items at Rakuten. I don't think it's worth for me to have the shops there and I don't have US or UK bank account for rakuten to pay me too.

I know that you can pay with paypal without register the account with them. Just fill out your card info each time you pay, but I haven't tried that yet myself. I'm not sure they will keep track of your card info on their file, so I can't suggest you on that. I understand your point about leaving your card info permanently to them.

I'm so sorry that I really don't know any other way. :-/

    7. For the earring you say that 14 pcs. Czech fire polished round 4mm. - Opaque Green Turquoise are needed. Is it a mistake ? I don't see where they are used.

    8. Thank you for your purchase. :D

      The rivolis are round 12mm.

As for the czech FP, yes you need 7pcs green turquoise for one earring (14pcs for a pair). 4pcs. at step 1 and 3pcs. for fringes. However, you can modify the way you do fringes or use other beads you like.

  3. actually the tutorial for earring starts at the fringes (is it that the 4 pcs are needed for STEP 1 ? step 1 is the main component ?).

  4. it's not easy because the earrings are not made with the same coulor beads as the bracelet (and the tuto for the component is in the bracelet section)

  5. Ok I understand....the 4 pieces for Step 1 are the beads that can be any colour as they are placed at the back.....All is nice....thank you Piradatcha (I'm doing the earrings in the same colours as the bracelet while the earrings on the tuto are different, that's why I didn't understand it at first).

    1. Sorry for the confusion. I know it's a bad excuse for the beaders, but I did not have enough red superduo after the bracelet. :D

Feel free to let me know if you have any question. Thank you so much and happy beading!
